Terms

Terms of Use

These terms explain how visitors may use the Credisure Fix website and how service information should be understood before a written client agreement is signed.

Effective May 23, 2026

Website Information

The Credisure Fix website provides general information about credit repair, credit building, ChexSystems, and related consumer reporting topics. Website content is not legal, tax, lending, or financial advice.

Submitting a form, clicking a contact link, or downloading a guide does not create a client relationship by itself. Credit repair services begin only after required written terms, permissions, and service details are completed.

Service Expectations

Credisure Fix focuses on inaccurate, outdated, unverifiable, or improperly reported information. Accurate and current negative information may not be removable simply because a consumer wants it removed.

Results depend on the facts in each credit file, the documents available, creditor and credit agency responses, client cooperation, and applicable law. Pricing, timing, and scope are controlled by the current written agreement for the service selected.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, review documents carefully, respond to reasonable requests, and authorize any account access or dispute activity in writing where required.

Do not submit false information, use another person's identity, or ask Credisure Fix to dispute information you know is accurate solely to mislead a creditor, lender, landlord, or reporting agency.

Site Use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape forms abusively, or copy Credisure Fix content for misleading or competing use.

Credisure Fix may update website content, pricing language, links, and these terms as the business evolves.
